課程概述 |
此課程乃前一學期課程之沿續，對某些心理物理學議題做深入討論，以期刊論文閱讀及學生研究進度報告與討論為主。主要議題包括: 心理物理表徵，用差異閾積分建構感覺量尺，閾值模式的擴展，將信心程度加入心理物理學適測方法之可行性，…等。我們並探討心理物理學文獻中一些以實證資料為主之規律性，並討論其對心理物理表徵的限制。本課並適時介紹貝式階層模式之基本原理。 |

課程目標 |
In this seminar-style course students are expected to read papers from psychophysics literature (some have mathematical contents) throughly and critically, and give presentations in class. We especially focus on topics related to the interplay of theoretical representations and invariance properties. |

Students are expected to participate actively in classroom discussion, read the course material thoroughly and critically. |
